I first traveled to Playa del Carmen as a single mom in 2016, immediately falling in love withe the culture, the people, the beaches and cenotes. After a few months, I returned to the United States but with a new goal. I was going to live at least part-time in Playa del Carmen and I was going to buy a home in Playacar, the most exclusive neighborhood in town with direct beach access and a short walk to downtown.

I met my goal the following year, moving back into a hoem in Playacar. After purchasing my first home in the area, I hired a company to help me manage it as a short term rental. The experience was horrible. This company did not provide the level of care to my clients taht I had carefully cultivated while I was self-managing before. I knew I had to take the lisiting over.

I brought in a few of my stellar connections, and together, we got to work building the short term property management company that I would love to hire.

We have local connects and boots on the ground with international emphasis and experience as short term rental owners and guests. We love to get new ideas from owners and guests to make sure we are always growing and providing the best service possible.
